DiviaMobilités offers you the first digital innovation of its kind in an urban transport app: a "mobility coach"! This voice assistant powered by artificial intelligence helps you when travelling on buses and trams.
TALK WITH YOUR APP
Press the microphone button at the bottom right of the screen and interact with the "mobility coach". Save time: voice searches are 4 times faster than typed searches (source: Wavestone 2017). For more discreet use when riding on public transport, the coach is compatible with a hands-free kit. When you are on the move, your new voice assistant can help you at any time:
- "What time will my bus or tram be here?" The coach displays the schedule of the next arrivals at the stop of your choice!
- "How do I get to 'Parc des Sports'?" Get moving with the mobility coach! It shows you the routes between two stops/points of interest or from your current location thanks to geolocation
- "What's the status of the network right now?" "Where can I buy a ticket?: "Can you show my Favourites?" ... The coach takes you directly to the relevant page in the app: Traffic Info, Favourites, DiviaMobilités point.
- "I want to contact the DiviaMobilités Agency." The coach helps you call the customer service number!
The more you train your coach, the more it learns and the more useful it becomes.
ARE YOU BEING SPIED ON?
Never! To protect passengers and their personal data, the mobility coach was developed with "privacy-by-design". To chat with the voice assistant, the user must activate it by pressing the microphone button. This way, the user remains in control of their experience and their data. The coach does not engage in any passive listening. If you are installing the DiviaMobilités app for the first time, follow the tutorial screens, activate the geolocation option and allow access to the microphone in order to make the best use of the Coach!
