A reader allows you to check the content of your Divia card, ticket or USB key
Do you need advice, information, or a service?
An agent will come to meet you, answer your questions and, if necessary, direct you to the other spaces. You will then be given a ticket with a wait number.
Comfortably seated, you can consult brochures, newspapers and information from DiviaMobilités and its partners while you wait to be called according to the number of your ticket.
SALES AND SERVICES
Create or reload your ticket card (PASS subscriptions, trips), pay a fine, take out a DiviaVélo, DiviaVélodi (monthly and annual) or DiviaVéloPark subscription, issue the "resident sticker" for on-street parking, print a timetable or obtain information... these are the services available from sales agents.
Our Customer Advisers are here to help you, if you have a malfunction with your Transport Card or experience difficulties using the online shop... but also ‒ and above all ‒ to advise you.
If you wish to take advantage of the benefits of the Illico service (monthly bank withdrawal), or suspend or cancel it, they will also be there to help you.
ACCESSING THE DIVIAMOBILITÉS AGENCY
The main entrance is on the road linking Place Darcy to the SNCF railway station, on the tramway side.
For people with reduced mobility (PRM), a ground-level entrance is offered at the rear of the Agency, on the Place Darcy side (public garden). A doorbell allows you to alert an agent of your presence at this entrance. They will come to welcome you and guide you to the Advisory Space.
A sound beacon and magnetic loop round out the system to make access easy for visual and hearing impaired users.
