Go directly to the kiosk at a DiviaVélodi station. Your bank card is required to pay the amount of your subscription and confirm the safety deposit. When paying at the kiosk, the screen on the bank card reader will display the amount of €200. Don't panic! This amount is not processed; it reflects the security deposit.
An access code is assigned to you: keep it because you will need it whenever you borrow a bicycle.

The DiviaMobilités card is essential for taking out a long-term subscription.
YOU HAVE A DIVIAMOBILITÉS CARD
To subscribe to one of the two options, go to:
- The DiviaMobilités retail branch with an identity document, a bank statement and your DiviaMobilités personal card.
- In the e-shop, accessed via the divia.fr website or the DiviaMobilités app. To fill in the form and validate the subscription, you will need an identity card and a bank statement in digital format (PDF, JPEG, PNG, etc.), as well as your DiviaMobilités personal card.
YOU DO NOT HAVE A DIVIAMOBILITÉS CARD YET
Go to the retail branch or the e-shop to create your personal card. Don't forget to bring identification.
