Go to the DiviaMobilités retail branch to take out a contract before collecting your bicycle at the "Dijon Gare" DiviaVéloPark.
FOR SHORT-TERM CONTRACTS (24/48 HOURS AND 7 DAYS)
Go directly to the "Dijon Gare" DiviaVéloPark from Monday to Saturday, between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. to take out a lease contract. Payment can be made on site by bank card or cash.
Documents to be provided: identity document (identity card, passport, family record book, residence permit). A security deposit of €200 (not cashed) is required in cash or pre-paid by bank card.
FOR LONG-TERM CONTRACTS (1 MONTH TO 1 YEAR)
Go to the DiviaMobilités Agency, 16 Place Darcy, from Monday to Saturday, between 9:30 a.m. and 7 p.m., or to the Public Transport shop at the SNCF train station in Dijon, to take out a DiviaVélo contract
Documents to be provided: identity document (identity card, passport, family record book, residence permit), your DiviaMobilités personal card, supporting documents if PASS is at concessionary rate (such as CMU beneficiary PASS) and a cheque for €200 (or €150€) ‒ which is not cashed ‒ as a security deposit. It will be returned to you when you return the bicycle
Leasing is possible for users aged 15 years and up. Detailed leasing rates and terms are available at the DiviaMobilités Agency and at the Public Transport shop located in the concourse of the Dijon SNCF train station
